Maslow's Hammer is an interesting idea. It says: "If your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail." Some people only know one way to do things. They use this way because it is easy and familiar. For example, a teacher might only know one teaching model. They use this same model for all students and all lessons. They do not change it, even when students do not understand. If a student is quiet or active, the teacher does exactly the same thing. This is a bad idea because every person is different. Imagine a doctor who gives the exact same medicine to every sick person. That cannot work. Different problems need different tools. If we always use the same method, we cannot solve new problems well. We must learn new things, read more books, and find new tools for different situations. Knowledge is like a big box of tools. A good expert does not just use one tool; they look at the problem, think about it, and choose the best tool for that specific job. If you have many tools, you can fix many different things. Learning new methods helps you become a better, smarter, and more helpful person in your work.
